PEDAGOGICAL CONTENT

In this section, I will review the teaching system, learning media and curriculum used at DMMMSU-Elementary Laboratory School (ELS).

TEACHING SYSTEM

At the Grade 3-Zircon Elementary Laboratory School DMMMSU-SLUC, learning activities begin on Monday until Friday. The class starts at 07.45 am and ends at 04.00 pm. Lunch break at 12.00-12.30 pm.

MATERIAL AND OTHER LEARNING SOURCE

DMMMSU-ELS uses a lot variety of materials for instruction and learning. This university also encourage faculty to create and produce learning materials such as books, workbook, worksheet, module, videos, and a lot of learning media from traditional materials. In the classroom, ELS also provides technology facilities like television and speaker to make learning more interesting.

CURRICULUM

DMMMSU-ELS uses the MELCs Curriculum in learning. MELCs Curriculum refers to the knowledge, understanding, skill and attitudes of student in every lesson and/or learning activity to demonstrate. Competencies are important because for develop a practical of learner and lifelong skills, and also achieve successful life.
